CORE OF CONDITIONING
Mondays 4:30 pm & Wednesdays 5 pm

YOGA
Mondays at 6:15 pm
Sundays at 10 am on last Sunday of the month
Mikayla marries deep slow flow aligned vinyassa, anusara, yin and restorative yoga. Her style is a safe, loving, non-judgmental container created so we can BE more honest with ourselves. She encourages self-inquiry, appreciating mind, body, and spirit right where you are with a natural curiosity to go deeper through breath, mindfulness and movement. MEDITATION
Whether you’re battling anxiety, stress or depression, having a hard time focusing, seeking spiritual growth, or simply want to feel better and be more present, this class helps you quiet your mind, get your ego in check, and live a more fully present life. Donation based.
AERIAL YOGA
By private class or by appointment
